Do you offer gluten-free dough or food for coeliac customers?

No, we do not offer gluten-free dough. Because our dough is made fresh and flour is present throughout our compact food trailer, we cannot safely cater for people with coeliac disease or severe wheat allergies. We choose not to serve coeliac customers purely to keep you safe.

Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options?

Yes, our menu includes authentic vegetarian and vegan selections, such as our classic Marinara. Please note, however, that we do not carry vegan cheese substitutes.

How do you handle kitchen cleanliness and cross-contamination?

We maintain high kitchen hygiene standards and keep all work surfaces and prep tables clean and sanitised. However, because our kitchen is a mobile food trailer, traces of flour, dairy, and nuts may still be present in the prep environment.

How can I inform you about an allergy when ordering?

You can let us know in advance when booking your event.

We will gladly take extra care during preparation, including omitting specific ingredients where possible.
